Bruno Peinado and Jean Philippe Volonter invade the Animu with their great works. A reflective bubble that breathes on one side and sculptures on the other. On view until November 26.
Bruno Peinado and Jean-Philippe Volonter seem to share a subtle codification of their artistic practice, which deconstructs the question of style to better play with the aesthetic signs of our hyper-mediatized societies. While they each assert a singular wavelength, their approach nonetheless develops with a full awareness of the role of the images that surround us and shape our sensibilities. Peinado often takes an abstract path, while Volonter delights in the most delicate tempera figuration. But both offer a kind of visual witz, pitfalls not devoid of irony, which open up interpretation and give digression the charm of intelligence.
